Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 30, 2026

1. What Veyvid is

Veyvid (formerly named Studio) is a video production and publishing product operated by Mind Arc LLC (Boca Raton, Florida) for its own YouTube channels and websites. It is used only by its owner and is not currently offered to third parties.

Veyvid uses YouTube API Services. By using Veyvid you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies to the data Google handles.

2. Data Veyvid accesses

When the owner connects a YouTube channel, Veyvid asks Google for permission to upload videos to that channel, manage the videos' title, description, thumbnail, captions, playlists and publishing schedule, and read aggregate statistics for the videos it uploaded to that channel (views, like and comment counts, average view duration, average view percentage, subscribers gained, thumbnail click-through rate).

Veyvid does not access viewers' personal data, comments, subscriber lists, or any channel other than the one the owner authorizes. It does not request revenue data.

3. Data Veyvid stores

Veyvid stores no other YouTube user data.

4. How the data is used

Only to upload the videos the owner has reviewed and approved, to set their metadata, and to show the owner how the owner's own videos perform so the owner can plan future content.

We do not sell, rent, or transfer this data to anyone, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train machine-learning models. Veyvid's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

5. Retention and deletion

6. Security

Tokens are encrypted, the encryption key is kept outside the codebase, and the application is protected by an access gateway (one-time e-mail code, owner addresses only) and a password, and is not open to the public.
